Is the inspection genuinely free?
Yes. The inspection and the written report are provided at no cost. Any repair, parts or service work is quoted separately for your approval.
Do you inspect generators you did not supply?
Yes. We inspect and service CAT, Perkins, Cummins, Ricardo, MWM and other diesel and gas sets regardless of where they were purchased.
How soon can an engineer attend?
Scheduling depends on location and current workload. The service desk confirms a date and time after your request.
What should I prepare?
Engine and set data plate details, service history if available, and a description of the symptoms and when they occur.
